Christopher Goodrich

Christopher Goodrich, formerly chief operating officer of mission, cyber and intelligence solutions group at ManTech International (Nasdaq: MANT), has been appointed president, CEO and a board member of Cornerstone Defense in a move that takes effect Aug. 15.

“Chris was the obvious choice for the company based on his experience and knowledge of the Intel Community,” William Bradley, chairman of the board at Cornerstone Defense, said in a statement released Monday.

During his tenure with ManTech, Goodrich served as senior vice president of the signals intelligence solutions and cyber operation business unit at the firm’s MCIS group.

The 30-year public and private sector veteran held leadership roles at the Defense Department and spent two decades at the National Security Agency.

Goodrich joined TASC, which now operates under Engility Holdings (NYSE: EGL), in 2002 following his career in the government sector.

Ellicott City, Maryland-based Cornerstone Defense is a service-disabled veteran-owned small business that provides systems engineering, cloud architecture, network security and application development support services to defense, intelligence and health care agencies.
