The integrated offering works to utilize license plate data and CLEAR’s collection of public and proprietary records to provide vehicle location history and link addresses and persons of interest to the vehicle, Thomson Reuters said June 19.

“CLEAR LPR brings together trusted public records information and a vast collection of license plate data in an easy-to-use, accurate platform that delivers the needed information from what would otherwise be an impossibly complex data set,” said Steve Rubley, managing director of Thomson Reuters’ government business, CEO of Thomson Reuters Special Services and an inductee into Executive Mosaic’s Wash100 for 2017.
