Red Hat’s Paul Smith: Open Source the Basis for Gov’t Digital Transformation

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Dec. 5, 2016 — Paul Smith, senior vice president and general manager of Red Hat‘s (NYSE: RHT) U.S. public sector business, has noted that the government utilizes open source technology as the development model for digital transformation efforts, ExecutiveBiz reported Tuesday.
