Lockheed Martin to Provide Apache Sensor Update Kits to Army


lockheed martinTYSONS CORNER, VA, Oct. 10, 2016 — Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) will update the sensors on the U.S. Army‘s AH-64E Apache helicopters under a $49 million contract, ExecutiveBiz reported Friday.

The company said Oct. 3 it will provide 42 Modernized Day Sensor Assembly kits and spares to support updates on the Modernized Target Acquisition Designation Sight/Pilot Night Vision Sensor installed on the Apache.
