Kurt Amend Named Raytheon Saudi Arabia Operations President; Thomas Vecchiolla Comments


Raytheon logoTYSONS CORNER, VA, Sept. 23, 2016 — Kurt Amend, who joined Raytheon (NYSE: RTN) in 2011,  has been appointed to succeed the retiring Lou Laroche as president of the company’s operations in  Saudi Arabia, GovConExecutive reported Thursday.

Amend previously served as vice president of foreign policy and national security affairs within Raytheon’s international business as well as a director in charge of the unit’s business development operations, the company said Wednesday.
