Parsons Receives $455M MDA Systems Engineering Support Contract

Parsons has landed a $455.1 million contract to assist in the Missile Defense Agency™s weapons and missile systems engineering projects.

The Defense Department said Thursday the company will help MDA track weapons systems, integrate system and subsystem hardware and software, assess and verify performance and inspect target and countermeasure aspects of systems.

Parsons will perform contract work in Alabama, Virginia and Utah through June 2021.

MDA used its fiscal 2016 research, development, test and evaluation funds to obligate $12.9 million at the time of award.
