Jennifer Damewood Named Business Development Operations VP at Astrion

Jennifer Damewood, a more than 15-year ERC veteran, was appointed vice president of business development operations at Astrion, an Oasis Systems-ERC combination focused on delivering services to defense, space and civilian government agencies.

She announced her move on LinkedIn, where her profile also notes her almost a decade stint as an ERC proposal specialist starting November 2008.

Damewood most recently served as director of business development at ERC, a role she held for over six years.

Her career also includes time as proposal specialist at Advanced Federal Services and technical writer at Madison Research Corp.

Astrion was made official in December 2023. It seeks to help customers address cybersecurity, mission support, systems engineering and digital challenges. Dave Zolet, a three-decade government technology industry veteran and a four-time Wash100 awardee, oversees the company.
