DXC Technology has completed the sale of its State and Local Health and Human Services business to Veritas Capital for $5 billion to form Gainwell Technologies, DXC reported on Thursday. “I am very pleased that we have delivered on our plan in completing this transaction, which strengthens our balance sheet and allows us to bring the ‘new DXC’ to the market,”said Mike Salvino, president and CEO, DXC.

GSAGSA Names Apparent Awardees on OASIS Unrestricted Pools 1, 3, 4

The General Services Administration has released the lists of apparent awardees on unrestricted pools 1, 3 and 4 of the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services contract vehicle. GSA issued an open season, on-ramp solicitation in July 2019 for the three pools under OASIS Unrestricted and a notice posted Monday says there are 42 companies selected for Pool 1, 40 vendors for Pool 3 and 41 offerors for Pool 4.
