Ray Ali Promoted to Tech Solutions VP for Army at LMI

Ray Ali, formerly senior program manager at LMI, has transitioned to the role of vice president of technology solutions for the Army at the Tysons, Virginia-based management consulting firm.

He announced the promotion in a LinkedIn post published Thursday.

Ali brings to the role over 10 years of experience in enterprise digital transformation, data management and analytics in support of the Department of Defense, according to his LinkedIn profile.

In his previous post, he was responsible for delivering support to products within the U.S. Army’s portfolio of Army Data and Analytics Platforms.

Ali joined LMI in 2013 and has held roles of increasing responsibility since then, including project leader, senior consultant and lead technical adviser for the Army Vantage program.

He holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering and a master’s degree in engineering management from Rochester Institute of Technology.
