Conrad Moses, former executive director of business development at ManTech, has assumed the role of vice president of growth for the federal civilian sector at DMI.

He is expected to use his knowledge and experience in the federal civilian market to help the company find a niche within the industry, DMI said.

Moses managed ManTech’s account with the Department of Homeland Security during his stay in the defense contracting company. Prior to that, he was a senior associate of the growth team at Booz Allen Hamilton (NYSE: BAH).

His 25-year career also includes time serving as business development or client executive at companies such as CACI International (NYSE: CACI), Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE).

“[Moses] is well-versed in constructing the right team of partners and architects who can support mission-oriented customers,” said Trey Theimer, chief growth officer at DMI. “His hiring reinforces DMI’s unwavering commitment to bringing the best talent in the market to partner with and empower federal civilian agencies to fulfill their mission.”
