Erika Marshall Assumes VP of C4ISR Role at Lockheed

Erika Marshall, formerly a business development vice president at Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), has been appointed VP of the defense contractor’s command, control, communications, computers, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance portfolio.

Marshall shared in a recently published LinkedIn post that she assumed the role after leading the C6ISR strategy and business development team for over four years.

“I’m excited for all the things they will accomplish under Joe Ferrara’s leadership and will continue to champion their success from a new vantage point,” she said. Ferrara announced his appointment in December.

Marshall, in her new role, will help drive Lockheed’s efforts to advance multidomain technology and capabilities in support of the Department of Defense’s Joint All Domain Command and Control initiative.

Marshall held various roles of increasing responsibility during her more than 20-year career at Lockheed, including program director and general manager for the persistent surveillance systems organization, capture operations lead for Japan’s F-35 program and engineering manager for the Advanced Technology and Engineering Leadership Program within the mission systems and training business segment.
