GSA Releases Lists of Apparent Successful Offerors on OASIS Small Business Pools 1, 3, 4

The General Services Administration has unveiled the lists of apparent successful vendors for pools 1, 3 and 4 of the One Acquisition Solution for Integrated Services – Small Business contract vehicle. GSA issued an on-ramp solicitation in April 2019 for OASIS SB pools 1, 3 and 4 and the three notices published Tuesday say there are 84 companies selected for the third phase of Pool 1, 163 awardees for Pool 3 and 64 companies for Pool 4.

Library of Congress Seeks Proposals for $150M Cloud Services IDIQ

The Library of Congress has issued a solicitation for a potential five-year, $150M contract to provide cloud computing, professional services, training and related services in support of the information technology needs of LOC’s service units and legislative agencies. A notice posted Friday says the single-award, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract should include the delivery of Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform and Amazon Web Services cloud services.

Private Equity Firms Close $2.4B Purchase of AECOM’s Management Services Arm; Michael Burke Quoted

Affiliates of private equity firms Lindsay Goldberg and American Securities have completed the acquisition of AECOM’s (NYSE: ACM) management services business for $2.4B. “We are pleased to complete this value-enhancing transaction, which further hones our focus on our Professional Services business and we expect will enable us to accelerate debt reduction and share repurchases,” Michael Burke, chairman and CEO of AECOM, said in a statement published Monday.
