IBM’s (NYSE: IBM) Center for The Business of Government and the National Academy of Public Administration have established a new center to advance the development and implementation of Agile government principles. G. CGI Awarded Position on $127M HUD Software Modernization BPA; Tim Hurlebaus Quoted

CGI (NYSE: GIB) has won a spot on a potential five-year, $127M blanket purchase agreement to update software applications for a government corporation under the Department of Housing and Urban Development. The BPA, which has one base year plus four one-year options, covers work to help the HUD’s Government National Mortgage Association, or Ginnie Mae, modernize a suite of apps used to process loan applications, CGI said Tuesday.
