Femme Comp Inc. has appointed Daniel Muse, formerly chief financial officer at Sevatec, to oversee financial operations and initiatives as CFO.
Danny Pummill,  former undersecretary for benefits at the Department of Veterans Affairs, has joined Chantilly, Virginia-based government services contractor Femme Comp Inc.
