An Ameresco subsidiary has won a $171M task order to build, operate and maintain energy conservation systems at a U.S. Navy shipyard located in Kittery, Maine. Ameresco Select will update or replace Portsmouth Naval Shipyard air compressors, motors, pumps, steam traps, power plants and energy security microgrid, the Department of Defense said Thursday.
