Robert Carey is president of Cloudera Government Solutions, where he oversees a team of sales, marketing, engineering and operations personnel to deliver cloud computing-based platforms in support of public sector clients' digital transformation efforts. Before Cloudera, he held leadership roles at RSA and General Dynamics Information Technology. Carey, a 2014 Wash100 awardee, served as principal deputy chief information officer at the Department of Defense.
Leigh Palmer is a vice president at Google Cloud. She previously served as senior VP for the defense division at General Dynamics Information Technology. She also held the role of SVP for the national security division at GDIT focused on supporting programs in the homeland security and intelligence communities. Palmer held senior leadership positions at CSRA, BAE Systems and Northrop Grumman.
Jennie Brooks is a senior vice president at Booz Allen Hamilton leading strategy and operations for the management and IT consulting firm’s San Diego office. She also oversees acquisitions and logistics and a team supporting clients within the U.S. Navy. Her experience includes growing teams in the areas of contracts portfolio management, analytics and financial management. Brooks previously worked in the health and wellness industry before joining Booz Allen.
Gene Colabatistto is president and CEO of General Aerospace, which provides business development, strategy and technical support to defense, aerospace and intelligence companies. He served as president of defense and security group at CAE and as a senior vice president at Science Applications International Corp. Colabatistto, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran and a 2015 Wash100 awardee, held senior leadership roles at Olive Group North America, SPOT Image and Veridian.
Harish Luthra is CEO of SAP National Security Services. He previously served as president for the secure cloud at SAP NS2 with oversight of the SAP Industry Cloud, SAP Intelligent Enterprise Cloud and SAP Business Technology Platform for public sector and regulated industries. Luthra has been with SAP since 1997 and has held leadership roles, including national vice president for the public services consulting business.
Jeremy Wensinger is chief operating officer of Peraton. He was a principal at Augusta Management Strategies and held senior leadership positions at PAE’s national security and solutions business, GTSI and Cobham Defense Systems. His two-decade career at Harris included time as president of the IT services segment and president of the government communications systems division. Wensinger serves on the advisory board of the University of South Florida School of Business.
Mark Lee is executive vice president and group lead of the public sector group of ICF. In this role, he oversees ICF's business segment that offers advisory, marketing and communications, technology and program implementation services to public sector customers. He has held various roles of increasing responsibility during his more than two-decade career at ICF, including as senior VP and lead of business development within the public sector group.
Brad Mascho is chief marketing and communications officer at artificial intelligence-focused government contractor Empower AI. As part of his role, he helped design and implement marketing and communications campaign strategies in support of the company's rebranding effort in June 2022. He previously served as the company's chief AI officer responsible for building strategies and programs aimed at helping clients convert data into actionable intelligence.
George Batsakis is CEO of Groundswell, formerly CollabraLink Technologies, bringing to the role his over two decades of experience in government systems development. He previously served as executive vice president and chief strategy officer at information technology provider 1901 Group. Batsakis, a U.S. Army veteran, worked at Accenture’s federal business as defense and intelligence portfolio lead. He held leadership positions at CSRA, SRA International, Northrop Grumman and Electronic Data Systems.
Winston Beauchamp is deputy chief information officer at the Department of the Air Force and helps oversee the service’s information technology portfolio. Prior to this role, he was director of the Headquarters Air Force information management office. He served as deputy undersecretary of the Air Force for space and held various positions within the Intelligence Community for two decades. His industry career included time at General Electric and Lockheed Martin.
Tina Kuhn is president of Proximas Group and oversees acquisition and integration efforts at the Maryland-based software engineering and cybersecurity company. She came to Promixas from CyberCore Technologies, where she served as president and CEO. She led the cybersecurity businesses at Sotera Defense and Northrop Grumman. Her career in the GovCon industry includes leadership roles at Science Applications International Corp. and General Dynamics.
