Eight U.S. carriers have secured contracts from the General Services Administration to provide discounted airfares to federal travelers during the government's 2021 fiscal year. Airlines will offer pre-negotiated and firm-fixed-price rates beginning Oct. 1 through the GSA's FY 2021 City Pair Program, the agency said Tuesday.
