    Director of the Technology Transformation Services (TTS) and FAS Deputy Commissioner, General Services Administration

    Ann Lewis (she/her) is the Director of the Technology Transformation Services (TTS) and FAS Deputy Commissioner at the U.S. General Services Administration (GSA). TTS applies modern methodologies and technologies to improve the public’s experience with government. TTS offers shared products and services that make it easier for other federal agencies, and in some cases state, local, and territorial (SLT) governments, to deliver simple, seamless, and secure customer experiences. Ms. Lewis was appointed as the TTS Director in December 2022. In her position, she leads a broad portfolio of technology products, solutions, and consulting teams who deliver services, capacity, and thought leadership to help agencies build better government programs and experiences. Prior to this role, Ann was the Senior Advisor for Technology and Delivery to the Administrator at the Small Business Administration (SBA). Before joining the federal government, Ann was a CTO of a national nonprofit organization. A mission-driven technology executive, she has more than 20 years of experience in the industry as a leader in software engineering and technology. Ann is a graduate of Carnegie Mellon University with a bachelors of science in computer science. She lives in the greater Washington, D.C. area.
