DoD, VA to Get Emergency Funds Under $2T COVID-19 Response Package

CGI to Buy TeraThink; George Schindler, Tim Hurlebaus Quoted

CGI (NYSE: GIB) has agreed to acquire Reston, Va.-based information technology and management consulting firm TeraThink for an undisclosed sum as part of efforts to expand its enterprise application services for federal government clients. The transaction is expected to be finalized by the end of March and will allow CGI Federal to build up its consulting capabilities and incorporate TeraThink’s data analytics, application development and agile enablement capabilities into its IT offerings portfolio, CGI said Wednesday.

Report: Lockheed Advances in Army’s Precision Strike Missile Competition

Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) emerged as the final contender for the U.S. Army’s Precision Strike Missile prototyping competition, Jane’s 360 reported Tuesday. The PrSM program seeks to develop a precision-strike, surface-to-surface guided missile to replace the Army Tactical Missile System and that can be fired from the M142 High Mobility Artillery Rocket System and M270A1 Multiple Launch Rocket System to neutralize targets at ranges of up to 499 kilometers.
