Voyager Space Holdings to Buy Satellite Servicing Tech Firm Altius

Voyager Space Holdings has moved to acquire Altius Space Machines, a Denver-based company that aims to develop on-orbit servicing platforms with robotic technology, for an undisclosed amount. Blue Origin Signs Teaming Agreements to Pursue NASA Human Landing System Dev’t Program

Blue Origin has teamed up with three other companies to build and offer a delivery system for NASA's mission to put astronauts on the moon by 2024. Jeff Bezos' aerospace company said Tuesday it will collaborate with Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT), Northrop Grumman (NYSE: NOC) and Draper to create a Human Landing System in support of the Artemis program.

Ted Colbert Named President, CEO of Boeing Global Services

Ted Colbert, formerly chief information officer and senior vice president of information technology and data analytics at Boeing (NYSE: BA), has been named president and CEO of the company’s global services business. He succeeds Stan Deal, who replaces Kevin McAllister as president and CEO of Boeing’s commercial airplanes business, the company said Tuesday.
