MTX Group, a global technology consulting firm, has expanded its footprint in the artificial intelligence and cybersecurity sectors with the company’s acquisition of VerifyID.ai, a digital identity verification platform serving government clients.
According to an MTX press release issued Wednesday, the integration of VerifyID.ai to its product portfolio will enable government agencies to access secure, efficient and human-centered platforms.
What VerifyID Delivers to Government Users
VerifyID.ai uses AI to establish facial and ID recognition, detecting spoofs and deepfakes while also decentralizing identity verification. The platform supports password-less authentication and multi-factor verification with features such as liveness detection and document integrity analysis, aligned with federal security standards.
The Dallas, Texas-based MTX said the acquisition will help governments and public institutions deploy secure, efficient and citizen-focused digital identity systems, reinforcing the company’s position in government technology and public sector innovation.
