This marks the second consecutive year that Michael LaRouche has received the most prestigious award in government contracting (GovCon), which demonstrates his commitment to SAIC’s organic growth in the national security and space sectors as well as his role in supporting the GovCon community and the future of our industry.

Executive Mosaic is excited to recognize Michael LaRouche as a two-time Wash100 Award winner for his leadership in providing a wide range of services in support of customers in defense, space and intelligence sectors.

Most recently, SAIC reported that the company has booked more than $400 million in space and intelligence contracts during the second quarter of its 2023 fiscal year. The contracts include the delivery and systems integration work as well as the support for cloud capabilities and Joint All-Domain Command and Control (JADC2) programs.

“As we accelerate the digital transformation of our customers, we are energized by their desire to partner with SAIC on new cloud efforts for space and intelligence agencies,” LaRouche explained.

In addition, SAIC was recently awarded a $319 million Falconer Air Operations Center (AOC) Weapon System Sustainment contract from the U.S. Air Force to operate, maintain and modernize the Falconer weapon system with comprehensive engineering and technical innovation, including cloud assessment, planning and migration services.

The Falconer program assists Air Force component commanders in planning, directing and assessing air, space and cyberspace operations. The AOC ingests, analyzes and disseminates command, control and intelligence data to support operations.

“The Falconer program is a strategic win for SAIC that combines our capabilities in command and control and leadership in cloud migration and digital modernization,” said LaRouche. “We know our nation must transform command and control systems to retain our advantage. SAIC is committed to be an unbiased transformation agent. We are leading change.”

As SAIC’s NSS business lead, Michael LaRouche is focused on transforming his organization into a growth-oriented industry leader. The NSS team includes thousands of employees uncompromisingly dedicated to delivering strategic technology solutions for space organizations, the intelligence community, the U.S. Air Force, the combatant commands and other Department of Defense offices and agencies.

Executive Mosaic is pleased to recognize SAIC and Michael LaRouche as a 2022 Wash100 Award recipient. As a two-time winner of the highest honor in GovCon, he has demonstrated an elite level of accomplishment and contribution to the GovCon community that can only be recognized by the Wash100 Award.
