Gabriele Masili, former chief digital and technology officer of customer experience and success at Microsoft (Nasdaq: MSFT), has been named chief customer officer at citizen engagement software provider Granicus.
Masili has 25 years of technology industry experience that included support to hundreds of millions of customers globally, Granicus said Thursday.
“I’m excited to work with Granicus’ customers as their digital transformation partner to collaboratively create delightful experiences that nurture the relationship between government agencies and the people they serve,” he noted.
Prior to Microsoft, he served as global director of customer experience and technical support for digital services and devices at Amazon (Nasdaq: AMZN).
Denver-based Granicus offers a civic engagement platform technology designed to help government agencies manage digital services and transactions for the people they serve.
