Xerox to Continue USDA Managed Print Services Under $164M Contract

Xerox (Nasdaq: XRX) will continue to provide managed print and electronic fax services to the Department of Agriculture under a contract worth potentially $164 million over 10 years.

The company said Monday it will help USDA manage as many as 16,000 multifunction printers and new devices powered by Xerox’s ConnectKey technology.

The award continues the digital printing firm’s work with the department on a $110 million contract announced in 2016 for copier installation and maintenance at 3,000 USDA sites worldwide.

Brian Castle, vice president of U.S. federal sales at Xerox, said the company will work to help agency personnel maintain connectivity anywhere.

Xerox secured a separate $194 million contract from the Defense Logistics Agency to supply multifunction printing devices to the U.S. military.
