Brent Wildasin Named PD Systems CEO, Dawn Legere Appointed COO

Brent Wildasin, a retired U.S. Army veteran, and Dawn Legere, a two-decade defense industry veteran, will assume the roles of CEO and chief operating officer, respectively, at systems integration firm PD Systems starting on June 1.

Wildasin will succeed Martin Ried, who will move to a new role on PD Systems’ board of directors, and bring to the position over two decades of experience in supply chain management, strategic planning and corporate business engineering roles, the company said.

Wildasin formerly served as chief operating officer. He joined PD Systems in 2018 as vice president for advanced technologies and was promoted to COO in January 2019.

He previously held leadership roles at Interos Solutions, Onyx Government Services and Kratos Defense and Security Solutions.

Legere, formerly chief financial officer and VP of business operations, will succeed Wildasin as COO of PD Systems.

She joined the company in 2007 after spending eight years at Radian as director of business operations. She previously worked at the Department of the Navy’s consolidated personnel office, PwC and the Professional Relations and Research Institute.

Springfield, Virginia-based PD Systems was founded in 2007 and provides engineering, sustainment logistics and training support services to government and military customers worldwide.
