This acquisition is another critical step in our strategic growth journey,” said Tom Stauber, co-founder and managing partner at Axiologic Solutions.

We’re driving Axiologic’s intelligence community solutions platform forward by adding capabilities and experts to provide more comprehensive support to organizations across the national security community,” added Stauber.

Rees Broome, Atlantic Union Bank and Pipaya supported Axiologic in the transaction. DLA Piper and Monument Capital Partners represented Data Intelligence Technologies in the deal.
