Blue Air-Top Aces Merger Aims to Offer Integrated Air Combat Training

Blue Air Training and Top Aces have completed a business combination process and aim to create a turnkey air combat training service for military customers.

The two companies intend to maintain independent operations and names at their respective Las Vegas, Nevada, and Mesa, Arizona, headquarters.

Financial terms of the deal were not disclosed and Blue Air worked with investment bank KippsDeSanto & Co. in the transaction.

Top Aces owns and operates the F-16 Advanced Aggressor Fighter and uses the Adversary Air and Joint Terminal Attack Controller system to train airmen.

Blue Air provides a suite of JTAC training services to support close air support and combat readiness requirements of defense customers.
