Former BAE SVP Bradley Jacobs Joins Telos Board

Bradley Jacobs, former senior vice president of finance at BAE Systems’ U.S. subsidiary, has joined the board of directors of Ashburn, Virginia-based cybersecurity company Telos (Nasdaq: TLS).

Jacobs has worked as an industry consultant on government contract bid protests and an adjunct professor at Rollins College since 2015, according to his LinkedIn. Earlier in his career, he worked at Lockheed Martin in finance VP role.

He will join Derrick Dockery, government relations and public affairs professional at TikTok, as Telos newly appointed board members, the company said Friday.

Telos added that Bernard Bailey, who has served on the board since 2016, will not stand for re-election at the annual meeting of stakeholders in 2022.

Dockery served as the business and intergovernmental coalitions director for former House Speaker Paul Ryan, responsible for leading coalition efforts with the state and local government communities. In 2013, Dockery co-founded Yellow Ribbons United, a nonprofit organization that offers support to retired and active-duty military personnel and their families.
