10 Companies Land Spots on $400M IDIQ for Design-Build Work in NAVFAC Marianas Area

Naval Facilities Engineering Systems Command has selected 10 small businesses to compete for design-build construction projects within the NAVFAC’s Marianas, Guam, area of operations under an eight-year, $400 million contract.

NAVFAC received 22 proposals for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract and will provide a $25,000 minimum guarantee to each awardee, the Department of Defense said Monday.

Contractors will build, renovate or maintain facilities at federal and military facilities located in the U.S. island territory.

The awardees are:

  • BME and Sons
  • Fargo Pacific
  • LRG Construction joint venture
  • Modern International
  • Sea Pac Engineering
  • Serrano Construction and Development Corp.
  • Techni-Con
  • Weldin Construction
