NCI to Continue Modernizing FCC’s Universal Licensing System; Paul Dillahay Quoted

TYSONS CORNER, VA, Nov. 22, 2021 — NCI Information Systems will continue helping the Federal Communications Commission advance its Universal Licensing System by using new technologies and applying agile approaches under a two-year, $14 million recompete contract, ExecutiveGov reported Thursday.

The company will provide customized information technology transformation services a modernized ULS platform with a microservice-based API-driven design.
