Since the inception of the Wash100 Award in 2014, Prow has received the honor seven times in its eight-year history and most notably, he has won the award for the last five straight years.

His commitment and leadership to Vectrus and the GovCon industry are only made more impressive by the fact that the vast majority of Wash100 winners rarely win the award multiple times or in consecutive years. Executive Mosaic is proud to recognize Chuck Prow as one of the most significant executives of consequence to the GovCon community and an all-time Wash100 Award winner.

“Chuck Prow, who led IBM’s public sector through one of its most successful periods, is now guiding Vectrus, a public company, through a simultaneous effort that includes growing top of the line organic and acquisition expansion as well as aggressively increasing technology and margin of his company‘s products,” said Garrettson.

For this year’s honor, Executive Mosaic recognized Prow for his leadership that enabled notable growth for Vectrus during the COVID-19 pandemic that led to massive contract award wins in support of U.S. service branches, as well as the key acquisitions of Zenetex and HHB Systems.

Vectrus announced its intent to acquire the leading technology services provider Zenetex for $112 million in Dec. 2020 in order to advance the company’s converged infrastructure strategy and expand its customer base with the addition of new intelligence, defense and foreign military sales clients.

“Zenetex broadens our reach into the Intelligence Community and expands our engineering and digital technology offerings, which is critical as we expand our capabilities to help our clients transition to a more instrumented and converged approach to supply chain and facility management,” said Prow.

In addition, Vectrus acquired HHB Systems, a supplier of high-end solutions for facilities management, logistics, engineering, enterprise operations, and asset management solutions that support the Intelligence Community, in Jan. 2021.

The acquisition of HHB Systems enables Vectrus to continue to differentiate itself within the infrastructure market to strengthen its innovative offerings for its clients and expand on the company’s opportunities to ensure increased efficiency, improve readiness and contribute to the protection of our nation’s crucial national security efforts.

With an unrelenting focus on digital modernization and company growth, Vectrus’ new state-of-the-art Tysons Corner office represents a refreshed commitment to drive innovation and build on the company’s prestigious 76-year business history to create an even more dynamic future.

During the ribbon-cutting ceremony, Prow remarked that the DC, Maryland, and Virginia region is home to nearly 400 of our employees. He not only recognized Vectrus’ employees for coordinating the complex transition of the new office facility, but also for their perseverance and tenacity during the recent challenges fighting against the COVID-19 pandemic.

With more than 75 years in the GovCon and federal sectors as well as the latest cutting-edge and modern amenities available for the digital transformation of Vectrus, the company looks to the future to provide its clients with on-target solutions to complete their missions and advance our nation’s efforts to address the unique challenges facing the intelligence community, our military service branches and national security concerns under Chuck Prow’s leadership.

Executive Mosaic congratulates Vectrus and Chuck Prow on the opening of its new office facility in Tysons Corner and for being recognized with a 2021 Wash100 Award. The award’s history has been built on recognizing the notable federal leaders for the upcoming year and Prow’s continued success in our sector demonstrates the prestige that only comes with a Wash100 Award win.
