Dell Receives $128M Defense Health Agency Order for DEOS Subscription Licenses

Dell Marketing has received a 53-month, $127.5 million task order to provide the Defense Health Agency subscription licenses for collaboration and communication platforms, FedHealthIT reported Monday.

DHA placed the order through the potential 10-year, $4.4 billion Defense Enterprise Office Solutions blanket purchase agreement, according to the report.

The Department of Defense and the General Services Administration re-awarded the contract to General Dynamics’ (NYSE: GD) information technology business in October to implement cloud email and collaborative tools across DOD.

GDIT works with Dell Marketing and Minburn Technology Group in efforts to help DOD agencies adopt enterprise applications as part of the DEOS enterprise commercial cloud program.
