KBR to Help DLA Maintain Fuel Systems at DOD Facilities; Byron Bright Quoted

TYSONS CORNER, VA, May 11, 2021 — KBR (NYSE: KBR) was tapped by the Defense Logistics Agency to maintain and sustain automated hydrant fueling systems at Department of Defense facilities under a potential five-year, $49.5 million contract awarded to the company, Executive Biz reported April 28.

The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract requires KBR to deliver equipment and site support and other services to assist DLA in its fuel monitoring, spill prevention and inventory efforts.

“KBR will provide safe and modern engineering and maintenance services to fuel systems in key areas around the globe,” said Byron Bright, president of KBR’s global government solutions business.
