Potomac Officers Club’s Upcoming CIO Forum to Cover 2020 Impact on Tech Landscape

The Potomac Officers Club’s 2nd Annual CIO Forum will feature a panel discussion on how the significant events of 2020 impacted the technology landscape in areas such as cloud computing, cyber, artificial intelligence and data science.

Carlton “Bubba” Fox, a senior vice president and chief product officer at NCI Information Systems, will moderate the “2020 Impact on Technology and the Cloud” panel scheduled for Wednesday. Bubba served as chief operating officer of health information technology company Olive before his appointment at NCI last year. He is a former U.S. Air Force major and intelligence officer.

The panelists are:

  • John Garrett, senior director for federal civilian agencies at Dell Technologies
  • Jack Gumtow, CIO at the Defense Intelligence Agency
  • Jamie Holcomb, CIO at the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office
  • Beth Killoran, deputy CIO of the General Services Administration
