NAVFAC Southwest received 16 proposals for the firm-fixed-price, indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

The Navy will obligate $3.1 million on this IDIQ and expects contract services to be complete in April 2026.

The awardees are:

  • Access General Contracting
  • CJW Construction
  • Command Performance Constructors
  • De La Fuente Construction
  • Martin Brothers Construction
  • Portillo Concrete
  • Romero General Construction

DOD noted that Command Performance Constructors will receive an initial $3.1 million task order to perform Reeves Boulevard repaving work at Naval Air Station Lemoore in California, with an estimated project completion date of January 2022.

The other contractors will get a minimum guarantee of $5,000 each at the time of award.
