Sandra Hinzman, senior vice president of contracts and property at Science Applications International Corp., moderated the panel discussion featuring Lesley Field, deputy administrator of federal procurement policy in the Office of Management and Budget; Chris Hamm, director of the GSA’s Federal Systems Integration and Management Center; John Tenaglia, principal director of defense pricing and contracting at the Department of Defense; Scott Ulrey, deputy director of the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency’s contracts management office.
