In the beginning of Feb. 2021, Executive Mosaic awarded 100 of the most influential leaders with the coveted Wash100 Award. Now, it’s up to you to cast your vote for your favorite executive of consequence. Your choice will influence which executives come out on top of the 2021 Popular Vote Ranking.
To date, nearly 4,000 votes have been cast by the GovCon community in the 2021 Wash100 Rankings. As of Friday, Feb. 12, 2021, the top FIVE executives running the Popular Vote are:

- Phebe Novakovic, chairwoman and CEO for General Dynamics
- Chris Brady, President, General Dynamics Mission Systems
- Amy Gilliland, President of General Dynamics Information Technology (GDIT)
These leaders demonstrate skills in leadership, innovation, achievement and vision as they orchestrate and implement pivotal moves within both the public and private sectors.
