Sehlke Consulting, an Arlington, Virginia-based management consulting and professional services firm, has promoted 30 employees in line with its leadership initiatives such as its Sehlke Mentorship Program. The promotions were announced during Sehlke’s annual Executive Leadership Conference.
The company said Monday selected employees elevated to executive leadership positions as well as director, partner, lead manager and consultant roles. Chad Sehlke, founder and CEO of Sehlke, said the leadership appointments come as part of the company’s commitment to invest in employees since its establishment in 2011.
“When we started this company nine years ago, we made a commitment to invest in our employees and promote from within to the greatest extent possible. I am happy to continue to follow-through on that commitment,” said Sehlke. “Their promotions were earned through hard work and commitment. I am proud of every one of these employees and their well-deserved promotions.”
Sehlke is a service-disabled, veteran-owned small business that offers management support for financial, acquisition, logistics and supply chain, national security and defense operations.
The company holds an International Organization for Standardization 9001:2015 certification as well as spots on contract vehicles under the General Services Administration, the departments of Agriculture and Homeland Security, and the U.S. Navy.
