Sera Gray Promoted to Red River CIO; Alan Dumas Quoted

Sera Gray, formerly vice president of operations at Red River, has been promoted to chief information officer of the Claremont, New Hampshire-based technology services provider.

She will be responsible for driving Red River’s digital transformation data utilization initiatives, as well as simplifying its business processes and communications with employees, partners and customers, the company said Friday.

Gray first joined the company in 2005 and led integrated efforts resulting from its acquisitions of Ambonare, Accunet Solutions, CWPS and Natoma.

Alan Dumas, CEO of Red River, said Gray will support the firm’s digital transformation push as part of efforts to “harness the power of technology and information to impact our customers’ business and mission goals and expand our own growth opportunities,”
