Centerpoint Books $116M HHS Cybersecurity Support Contract

Centerpoint has received a five-year, $116M contract to provide a range of cybersecurity support services to help the Department of Health and Human Services secure information technology infrastructure.

The company said Thursday it will perform risk management, compliance, infrastructure support, technical assistance, communications and strategy development work for the HHS Office of the Chief Information Officer under the single-award contract.

HHS OCIO oversees the development and implementation of department-wide IT platforms.

Leesburg, Virginia-based Centerpoint offers cyber engineering, incident response, penetration testing and risk vulnerability assessment support to the government sector.

The company holds spots on contract vehicles managed by the General Services Administration and the National Institutes of Health.
