Eight Firms Land Spots on $90M Air Force Base General Construction Services IDIQ

The U.S. Air Force has awarded eight spots on a potential seven-year, $90M contract for design-build and bid-build construction services at Malmstrom AF Base in Montana.

Sixteen offers were submitted to the service branch's 341st Contracting Squadron via a competitive solicitation among 8(a), HUBZone and total small businesses, the Department of Defense said Monday.

The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract covers repair, alteration, maintenance, earthwork, painting, heating and air conditioning, demolition, electrical and mechanical services.

USAF will distribute $4K all eight winning contractors. Task orders are scheduled to conclude by Feb. 2, 2027.

The awardees are:

  • Guy Tabacco Construction
  • James Talcott Construction
  • JE Hurley
  • NorthCon
  • Sealaska Construction Solutions
  • Wadsworth Builders
