NV5 Global Strikes $303M Deal for Arlington’s Quantum Spatial; Peter Manos Quoted

NV5 Global (Nasdaq: NVEE) has agreed to acquire geospatial data firm Quantum Spatial from Arlington Capital Partners for $303M.

Peter Manos, a managing partner at Arlington Capital, said in a statement published Monday Quantum Spatial has achieved organic growth under the private equity firm and the former’s capabilities will complement NV5’s business lines and bring new opportunities.

Quantum Spatial delivers geographic intelligence to government agencies and commercial firms to help manage resources reduce risk and foster scientific understanding.

NV5 Global provides technical engineering, consulting and professional services to public and private sector customers in the energy, infrastructure, environmental, real estate and construction markets.
