He brings to his new role two decades of program and capture leadership experience in information technology and agency transformation, enterprise system integration, IT strategy and related support areas, Octo Consulting said Tuesday.

Poston previously led military health programs such as a $250M effort to support the deployment of the Pentagon's global electronic health record system.
He served as U.S. Army signal officer for nine years before he entered industry in 2006.
