Jeff Brody

HighPoint Global has rolled out information technology and digital service offerings for federal agencies under the unrestricted portion of the National Institutes of Health’s Chief Information Officer–Solutions and Partners 3 contract.

The company initially won a position on the small business portion of CIO-SP3 in 2012, but it is no longer included in the standard small business size designation, HighPoint said Wednesday.

CIO-SP3. managed by the NIH IT Acquisition and Assessment Center, encompasses 10 task orders across the software development, operations and maintenance, system integration and health IT support areas.

The Office of Management and Budget has designated CIO-SP3 as a “best in class” contract vehicle.
