ASRC Federal NetCentric has secured a potential five-year, $100M contract to provide service transition support for global mission critical systems being used by the State Department’s Bureau of Consular Affairs.

The company said Tuesday its NetCentric subsidiary will help the bureau’s Office of Consular Systems and Technology manage the software development life cycle of department platforms, information technology services and business processes.

Work will also include independent validation and verification, quality and configuration management as well as facility and transition management services for CST systems worldwide.

“Our NetCentric personnel understand the complex mission of Consular Affairs and the evolving challenges of protecting the lives and interests of U.S. citizens abroad,” said Mark Gray, president and CEO of ASRC Federal and a 2019 Wash100 winner.

“We are honored to be selected by the Department of State to ensure critical systems and applications are securely deployed in support of this important global mission,” Gray added.
