RLF-Sherlock Smith & Adams JV Wins $100M Navy IDIQ for Architectural Design, Engineering Services

A joint venture of RLF and Sherlock Smith and Adams won a potential five-year, $100M contract from the U.S. Navy to provide architectural and engineering support for medical projects within the Naval Facilities Engineering Command’s area of responsibility.

The JV will design and engineer 500-series facilities such as hospitals, laboratories and medical clinics at shore installations, the Department of Defense said Wednesday.

NAVFAC received seven offers for the indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract through the Navy Electronic Commerce Online portal and obligated $10K in fiscal 2019 military construction funds at the time of award.

Work will take place at various locations worldwide through April 2024 and may include medical studies and sustainment, restoration or modernization of facilities.
