Lockheed Previews Future $50M Facility at Orlando Campus in Push for Expansion

TYSONS CORNER, VA, February 7, 2019 — Lockheed Martin (NYSE: LMT) has unveiled an upcoming $50M facility at its campus in Orlando as the company moves to expand its workforce and meet requirements for a series of defense contracts, ExecutiveBiz reported Wednesday.

Orlando Sentinel reported Tuesday that the 250K-square-foot building is anticipated to reach full capacity when it opens this month, in line with Lockheed’s efforts to partner with local businesses as subcontractors and local schools as potential sources of talent.
