EverWatch Names Fred Funk as Chief Growth Officer, Diane Nguyen as CFO


EverWatch has announced the appointment of Fred Funk, a three-decade defense and intelligence veteran, as chief growth officer, and Diane Nguyen, a more than 25-year financial executive, as chief financial officer.

Funk co-founded KEYW and previously served as former president of ASRC Federal’s cyber and signals intelligence systems division, the company said Tuesday.

Nguyen served as CFO and vice president of finance at General Dynamics’ (NYSE: GD) information technology business and started her public accounting career at Coopers & Lybrand.

“We are thrilled to bring this executive team on board as we continue to grow EverWatch into a leading company in the defense and intelligence space,” said Devin Talbott, managing partner of Enlightenment Capital, a Washington, D.C.-based private investment firm providing support to EverWatch.

EverWatch is an Ashburn, Va.-based government technology services contractor with about 400 employees who help provide intelligence, defense and deployed mission support to government clients.
