A BAE Systems subsidiary has received a potential five-year, $90.5M contract for technical support to help the U.S. Navy implement and deploy mobile command, control, communications, computers, combat systems, intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance systems.

The indefinite-delivery/indefinite-quantity contract covers up to 1M man-hours of engineering and operational systems customization support for the service’s small craft, special operations forces and consequence management vehicles and enroute and transportable communication systems, the Department of Defense said Thursday.

BAE’s systems technology solutions and services business will perform work in Maryland, Virginia and North Carolina through February 2024 in support of the Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division’s special communications mission solutions unit.

The military branch will obligate funds upon award of individual task orders.
