Symantec Adds Sue Barsamian, Richard Hill to Board; Greg Clark Quoted

Sue Barsamian, a former executive vice president at Hewlett Packard Enterprise (NYSE: HPE), and Marvell Technology Group Chairman Richard Hill have joined Symantec (Nasdaq: SYMC) as independent directors.

Their addition brings the number of Symantec board members to 13, the company said Tuesday.
